For 25 years, I've been helping local businesses with media operations and social media. Creating reports, writing proposals, handling emails — all done properly. Operations are running.
But somewhere in the back of my mind, I kept thinking:

The trigger was a client's SNS analytics report.
Every month: copy Instagram numbers into spreadsheets, create charts, write analysis comments, export to PDF, deliver. Because I wanted to do it right, I spent proper time on it. About 2 full days.
The client was happy. But I kept feeling "most of this work could be done more efficiently."
One day, I tried asking AI: "Analyze these numbers and draft a report."
Every month: copy Instagram numbers into spreadsheets, create charts, write analysis comments, export to PDF, deliver. Because I wanted to do it right, I spent proper time on it. About 2 full days.
The client was happy. But I kept feeling "most of this work could be done more efficiently."

Number transcription, chart creation, analysis comments. Everything. And at a quality level nearly ready to send to the client.
I sat frozen in front of my screen. This is incredible.

The first AI I used was ChatGPT. Probably the same for most people. It was useful for writing and summarizing, but honestly, it wasn't a game-changer for operations.
But when I encountered Claude Code, everything changed.
I could build the systems I'd always wanted, by myself.
Let me explain why that's such a big deal.
When you outsource a business system: communicate your needs, create specs, go back and forth multiple times, and the result is "not quite right." Sound familiar?
Nobody knows your business better than you do. "I want this here" "I need this information on this screen" — you can reflect that feeling directly into the system. Because you can build it yourself.
