Why AI?

Operations are running fine.
But there has to be a more efficient way.

The story of how AI transformed everything for someone who kept thinking that

Operations are running fine.
But I kept thinking...

For 25 years, I've been helping local businesses with media operations and social media. Creating reports, writing proposals, handling emails — all done properly. Operations are running.

But somewhere in the back of my mind, I kept thinking:

"There has to be a more efficient way"

Every month, creating the same format reports by hand. Writing similar emails over and over. Copying numbers into spreadsheets and making charts. I could do it all. But it took time.

"I wish I could fix this" — but months and years went by.

Monthly SNS reports
that took 2 full days

finished in 30 minutes

The trigger was a client's SNS analytics report.

Every month: copy Instagram numbers into spreadsheets, create charts, write analysis comments, export to PDF, deliver. Because I wanted to do it right, I spent proper time on it. About 2 full days.

The client was happy. But I kept feeling "most of this work could be done more efficiently."

One day, I tried asking AI: "Analyze these numbers and draft a report."

The draft came back in 30 minutes

Number transcription, chart creation, analysis comments. Everything. And at a quality level nearly ready to send to the client.

I sat frozen in front of my screen. This is incredible.

This is the reality behind the 75% time reduction. It's not full automation. I still do the final check and minor adjustments. But the difference between building everything from scratch by hand and polishing something AI has done 80% of — it's night and day.

"There has to be a more efficient way" — I'd been thinking that for years. I never expected the answer to come this easily.

Meeting Claude Code
changed everything

The first AI I used was ChatGPT. Probably the same for most people. It was useful for writing and summarizing, but honestly, it wasn't a game-changer for operations.

But when I encountered Claude Code, everything changed.

I could build the systems I'd always wanted, by myself.

Let me explain why that's such a big deal.

When you outsource a business system: communicate your needs, create specs, go back and forth multiple times, and the result is "not quite right." Sound familiar?

Nobody knows your business better than you do. "I want this here" "I need this information on this screen" — you can reflect that feeling directly into the system. Because you can build it yourself.

I was the most surprised
by how dramatically

operations improved.

And I was genuinely moved.

Using Claude Code, I built an SNS analytics dashboard, team management system, and business tools — all in-house and actively in use. Before, this might have cost millions in outsourcing, and the result might have been "not quite right." But because I know my own business inside out, I could build exactly what I needed.

I want you
to experience this too

I won't say it's full automation. But semi-automation, 75% automation — that alone completely changes the landscape of your work.

Spending 30 minutes creating each estimate

Could be done in 5 minutes

Month-end reports take 2 days every time

AI does 80%, you just refine it

Spending an hour drafting job postings

3 draft options in 10 seconds

No internal manuals, knowledge stuck in people's heads

AI helps organize it all

These are all tasks you 'can do.' But they take time. AI dramatically shortens that time.

"A task that took 2 days every month finished in 30 minutes" — I want you to experience that shock and excitement in your own business. That's my strongest motivation.

AI evolution isn't slowing down. What it can do grows every day.

Let AI handle what AI can do.
Spend your time on what

only you can do.

If you haven't fully leveraged AI yet, your operations will likely transform dramatically too.
